Complex care

Individual care discussions for people with more involved support needs.

How we can support you

Some people need a more detailed care arrangement because several needs must be considered together. Complex care starts with understanding those needs, the existing care plan and the professionals involved. The required skills and responsibilities must be clear before support is agreed.

Careful assessment and coordination

Your initial conversation can cover:

  • The care requirements and any existing professional care plans
  • The skills, training and supervision needed for the proposed tasks
  • Communication between the person, family and relevant professionals
  • What arrangements are needed for changes, concerns and continuity

Please speak to us about the particular support required. We will confirm the tasks we can undertake and whether appropriately skilled support is available. This page does not imply that every clinical procedure or nursing task is offered.

Arranging care with Gill Healthcare

Start by calling 01282 787800 or requesting a home visit. Tell us about the support you are looking for and where it is needed. We will discuss suitability and local availability, answer your questions and explain the next steps.

Before care begins, the agreed support, visit arrangements, costs and responsibilities should be clear to everyone involved. A home visit request is an enquiry; our team will contact you to confirm a suitable time.

A conversation is a good place to start.
